If G2A charged you but didn’t deliver your key, act quickly to secure your refund,

Check your order status first;

• Go to:
– G2A → My Purchases

• Look for:
– “Processing” or “Pending”
– Delays can happen, but no delivery after payment is a red flag

Gather proof;

• Collect:
– Payment receipt / bank statement
– Order ID
– Screenshot showing no key delivered

• Important:
– This is essential for disputes and refunds

Contact the seller immediately;

• Use:
– “Contact Seller” in your order page

• Write:
– “I was charged but did not receive my key. Please deliver it or issue a full refund.”

Escalate to G2A;

• If no response or refusal:
– Click “Escalate to G2A Support”
– Attach all evidence
