If G2A sold you an invalid key and refuses a refund, act quickly to recover your money,
Secure your case first;
• Do not use the key again
– Keep the error exactly as shown (important evidence)
• Gather proof:
– Screenshot of “invalid / already used” error
– Order ID + product page
– Messages with the seller
Use G2A Resolution Center;
• Go to:
– G2A → My Purchases → “Contact Seller”
• Write:
– “The key is invalid. I request a full refund.”
• Wait up to 7 days:
– Seller must respond before escalation
Escalate to G2A;
• If no solution:
– Click “Escalate to G2A Support”
– Upload all evidence
Use payment protection (most effective);
• PayPal:
– Open dispute → “Item not as described”
• Bank/card:
– Request a chargeback
• Important:
– Payment providers can reverse the transaction even if G2A refuses
• If unresolved:
– File a complaint on Xolvie to increase pressure and visibility
