Roblox Robux Payment Completed but Not Credited to My Account

On Sunday afternoon, I purchased 500 Robux using my credit card through my computer. After completing the purchase, a message appeared on the screen stating that “Your Robux will be added to your account within 5 days.” However, 5 days have now passed, and the Robux have still not been credited to my account. The payment was processed successfully, and I made the purchase through official channels.

I did not encounter any errors or missing information during the transaction, and this is the first time I’ve had such an issue. I am requesting that the 500 Robux be credited to my account (username: Week_man906) as soon as possible.

Please resolve this issue quickly — I’ve been waiting eagerly for my Robux.
