I Report Roblox ₺210.60 Robux Purchase Failed But Charged

On June 30, 2025, at 1:27 PM, I attempted to purchase 400 + 100 Robux for a total of ₺210.60. Although the funds were successfully debited from my bank account, the transaction on Roblox was reported as "unsuccessful." As a result, my money is gone, but I have not received any Robux.

This situation is causing me significant financial distress and frustration. I have already opened a support ticket regarding this issue, but I have not received any response for the past 8 to 9 hours. The inability to access the Robux I paid for, combined with the lack of timely support, is unacceptable. I urgently demand that Roblox either credit my account with the 500 Robux I purchased or issue a full refund of ₺210.60.
