Roblox Robux Purchase Failed, Money Deducted
Hello, on March 1, 2025, I purchased 500 Robux on the Roblox website using my İninal card. However, my order status showed "order canceled", and I never received the Robux in my account. Despite this, the money was deducted from my İninal balance, and the transaction was listed under Xsolla.
I expect Roblox to either credit the missing Robux to my account or issue a full refund immediately. I have proof of the transaction, and this is incredibly frustrating as I paid for a product I never received. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. I appreciate your prompt assistance in this matter.
