Paid for Roblox Gift Card but Didn’t Receive Robux
On the night of October 11, 2025, I purchased a $10 Roblox gift card directly from the official Roblox website. The payment was successfully processed, and the amount was deducted from my account, but I never received the gift card, and my Robux balance was not credited. My order number is #CNPZD7NSEGK.
Since this issue occurred, I have contacted Roblox customer support, but have not received any response so far. My account email is z**@gmail.com**.
I am requesting that the Robux I paid for be immediately credited to my account. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
