Fruxo Charged $9.99 After $0.99 Trial – Refund & Cancellation

I am writing regarding an unauthorized subscription charge by Fruxo. I subscribed via a link I saw on Instagram, where it was clearly stated that the trial would cost 0.99 USD. I paid this 0.99 USD trial fee to FRUXO.CO and have a bank notification showing this transaction. After subscribing with my email address (aidar***[email protected]), I was no longer able to find that link or access the exercises that were supposed to be included. Despite this, on 28.08.2026 an additional 9.99 USD was charged to my card for this Fruxo subscription, as shown in my bank confirmation for “VTS RECR FRUXO.CO”. I did not agree to this extra 9.99 USD payment, and I was not clearly informed about any further charges or a full subscription fee at the time of signing up. I have not been able to use the service properly, as I could not access the exercises after subscribing, even though both the 0.99 USD and 9.99 USD payments were successfully taken. I have only complained here so far and have not received any explanation or solution from Fruxo regarding these unexpected charges. I request that Fruxo immediately cancels my subscription, refunds the full 10.98 USD that was charged in total, and ensures that no further payments will be taken from my card or from my account linked to the email address I used for registration. I also ask for a written confirmation once the refund is processed and the subscription is fully cancelled.
