I Face an Unauthorized $9.99 Subscription Charge From Melab.io

I subscribed to a trial lesson from Melab io after seeing an advertisement on Instagram. The trial lesson went well, and I did not give any consent to continue a paid subscription or to extend any service beyond the trial. However, on 24 May, an amount of 9.99 USD was charged to my card without my approval. This charge was completely unexpected, as I did not receive any clear notification or request for consent for a paid subscription after the trial. I have not yet contacted Melab io support or my bank, but I am writing this complaint to officially state that I do not agree with this charge and that I did not authorize any subscription extension. I kindly request that my subscription be canceled immediately so that no further charges are made in the future. I also expect written confirmation that my account has been unsubscribed and that no additional payments will be taken.
