I Need a Refund for an Unwanted £99.99 Opodo Prime Membership

On 31/05/2026 I was charged £99.99 for an Opodo Prime membership that I did not knowingly authorise. The way the subscription was presented made it seem like a free trial, without clearly informing me that I would be charged or giving me a clear and accessible choice to withdraw from the trial before any payment was taken. After noticing the £99.99 charge, I tried many times to cancel this unwanted Prime membership and to contact Opodo. The customer service phone number does not work and every time I use the chat helpline it simply gives me the same phone number to call, which never connects. This has left me with no effective way to resolve the issue directly with Opodo. I am requesting a full refund of the £99.99 Prime charge and the cancellation of any Opodo Prime membership linked to my account, as I do not accept this subscription and did not give informed consent to this payment. I ask that this matter be resolved promptly and that no further charges are made to my account without my explicit and informed authorisation.
