Unauthorized eDreams Prime Membership Charge – Request For Full Refund

On 20/01/2026, I noticed an unauthorized eDreams Prime membership charge of EUR 99.99 on my Visa card ending in 9870. The payment was processed on the same date and appears on my bank statement, but I did not authorize this transaction in any way. I have never used eDreams Prime before, nor have I ever clicked on any Prime trial or discount offer during a previous booking. I also did not receive any email, notification, or prior information from eDreams indicating that a Prime membership would be started or that a fee of EUR 99.99 would be charged. Despite this, the amount was taken from my card without my consent. I attempted to contact eDreams customer support regarding this issue, but I was only met with automated or AI-based responses and could not reach clear or effective human support. I did not receive any explanation for why this charge was made, nor any assistance in resolving it. My account and this unauthorized charge can be identified via the eDreams booking reference: 24417993591. I request that eDreams immediately refund the full amount of EUR 99.99, cancel the Prime membership that was activated without my authorization, and provide written confirmation that both the refund and cancellation have been completed.
