Fruugo Order Arrived Late – No Return Support & Ridiculous Shipping Fee
I ordered a product from Fruugo for New Year's, but it arrived extremely late, making it useless for its intended purpose. I now want to return it, but Fruugo provides no clear instructions on how to do so.
I tried contacting customer service, but I can't reach anyone. I even checked with Aras Kargo, and they told me the return shipping fee would be ₺9000—which is absurd! Now, I’m stuck with a product I don’t need, and Fruugo is offering zero support.
I need urgent assistance to process my return properly. Fruugo, respond to your customers and fix this issue! Has anyone else faced this problem? This is unacceptable!
