I am trying to return a product I purchased from Fruugo, but I am unable to do so. The company provides no proper communication channels and keeps redirecting me elsewhere.

I have submitted multiple complaints, yet no one responds or takes action. I don’t know what to do anymore. Fruugo is avoiding responsibility and making it impossible to process my return.

Fruugo, resolve this now! I want my refund immediately. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I need urgent assistance!
