Fruugo Marked My Order as Delivered but I Never Received It


On September 4, 2025, I placed an order through Fruugo.com for a KTM 1290 Super Adventure R & S compatible motorcycle navigation mounting bracket (Order No: 187491920). Despite the estimated delivery period having passed, the product has not been delivered to me. My delivery address is in Pendik/Istanbul. When I contacted the courier company and Fruugo, they claimed the product was delivered, but no information has been provided about who supposedly received it, and I have not received a clear answer. I request that the product be properly delivered to me or that a full refund be issued. I kindly ask for my issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
