Fruugo Delivery Failure - KTM 1290 Mount Missing, Tracking Shows False Delivery
On September 4, 2025, I placed an order through Fruugo.com for a KTM 1290 Super Adventure R & S compatible motorcycle navigation mounting bracket (Order No: 187491920). Despite the estimated delivery period having passed, the product has not been delivered to me. My delivery address is in Pendik/Istanbul. When I contacted the courier company and Fruugo, they claimed the product was delivered, but no information has been provided about who supposedly received it, and I have not received a clear answer. I request that the product be properly delivered to me or that a full refund be issued. I kindly ask for my issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
No one has contacted me about the issue and they keep sending fake emails claiming that the problem has been resolved. Stay away from this company so you don't experience the same problem I did and your money doesn't go to waste.
