Fruugo Fails to Confirm Cancellation of Order 222405549


On February 17 at 5:59 PM, I placed an order on Fruugo for a product called “Durable 3D Printing Pen Accessories – 3D Pen Tip Replacement Four-Pack.” Immediately after placing the order, I realized it was a mistake and tried to cancel it right away. However, despite trying for nearly two hours, I was unable to get any support and my cancellation request was not processed. Even so, I later received an email stating that my shipment had been confirmed. For my order number 227620098 on Fruugo, I am experiencing hardship because my timely cancellation request was ignored. I request that my order be fully canceled and that my payment be refunded in full.
