Aramex Customs Clearance System Error Delays Fruugo Order

On January 22, 2026, I placed an order on the Fruugo website with a total product cost of approximately $70 and about $35 in shipping fees. The shipment was sent through Aramex with tracking number 35715025533. On January 26, 2026, Aramex sent me a message regarding customs clearance and provided a link requesting that I enter my identification information. Although I repeatedly and accurately submitted the requested identification documents and details through the link, the system did not accept the information under any circumstances. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to complete the process, and as a result, my package has remained stuck in customs without any progress. I tried to reach Aramex technical support and customer service but was unable to contact any responsible party or receive assistance. I request that Aramex complete the necessary customs procedures so that my paid order can be delivered without further delay, that the technical issue in their system be resolved, and that the hardship I have experienced be taken into consideration.
