Fruugo Failed to Refund $375 After Product Was Returned at Customs

On September 29, 2025, I purchased a “6-in-1 RF cavitation machine” through Fruugo. About one month later, the product arrived at customs; however, I was informed that additional documentation was required for use in Turkey. For this reason, I requested that the product be returned without accepting delivery, and the system shows that the return was completed on December 6.
Despite this, no refund has been issued to my credit card to this day. I do not have the product, and the amount I paid has not been returned to me. When I tried to contact Fruugo, I was unable to find any customer support representative. When I attempted to email their listed email addresses, I received a warning that the addresses were inactive, and none of the messages I sent through other channels received any response.
My invoice number for this transaction is 189895297001015349, and my shipping/tracking number is CI44115831ED. I am experiencing serious inconvenience because the payment of $375 has still not been refunded to me, even though the product was returned at customs. I request that the full amount I paid be refunded to my credit card as soon as possible, along with a clear explanation regarding the delay in this process.
