Franke Fridge Gets Frosty Inside, Water Drips All Around

my fridge has been giving me such a headache lately, this stupid thing keeps getting all frosty inside, and then water starts dripping everywhere, totally ruining my food! at first, I thought ı got a super fancy built-in fridge to make my kitchen look all cool and stuff. But now, the service guys are saying I gotta cut it from the bottom to fix the problem.  that's totally gonna ruin the chill vibes of my fridge, and I'm not down with that. there's gotta be a better way to figure this out, right? I didn't sign up for all this crap. it's only been 15 days since I started using it, and it's already giving me a major headache. They better give me my money back and fix this mess, chose this fridge 'cause it looked cool, but now it's causing all these problems. They better fix this, or I'm gonna make a big fuss!
