Persistent Cooling Issues with Italian Perfectly Designed SMEG Refrigerator

 a couple of years back, we got ourselves a SMEG fridge. I can give you the model number if you need it. But, the thing is, we've been having some issues with it not cooling properly. We've had the folks over at ELIT TEKNIK try to fix it, but the problem just keeps coming back. So, even though they set the temperature on the cabinet to 4°C, both of the thermostats are showing that the actual temperature is consistently around 7°C, with a maximum of 6.7°C.  this broken fridge has been a real disaster. We've lost a ton of food because it's all gone bad.  we were hoping you could help us out. We bought this fridge from you for $2560, but it's not working properly. Could you either give us a new one that works well or give us our money back? in the first year of owning this fridge, we couldn't use it because we were constantly repairing our home.  basically, what happened was that in the following year, the technicians over at the technical service department only went ahead and swapped out the sensors and took some temperature readings. In our experience, we really think that this fridge has an insulation problem. It doesn't seem likely that the issue can be fixed as it is right now.  we wanted to talk to you about the cooling problem that keeps happening and see if we can find a permanent solution together. We just want to make it clear that if this problem isn't taken care of properly, we're ready to go to international courts and fight for our rights, no matter how much it costs. We'll also ask to be reimbursed for any expenses we have to pay.
