I Was Charged and Pushed for Replacement Without Getting a Refund by Samsung

I'm very dissatisfied with the service I've received. I had a very bad experience with a repair service for my fridge. Not only did they fail to fix it, but they also tried to convince me to pay for a replacement instead. This situation seems quite unjust, particularly considering their refusal to reimburse the repair fee I had already paid. I am appalled by the lack of empathy and dismissive attitude displayed by customer service. They seemed completely indifferent to my situation, going so far as to suggest that I voice my complaints wherever I see fit. I have been dealing with this unprofessional behavior for over two and a half months now, and it has been incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. The lack of a functioning fridge has caused me a lot of inconvenience and frustration. I had higher expectations, and this experience has greatly diminished my confidence in the company. I just want to receive what I paid for, nothing else.
