Arçelik A 2071 YK Refrigerator Not Cooling And Out Of Warranty Issue

My Arçelik A 2071 YK model refrigerator stopped cooling about a week ago. I called the service team, and after inspection, they found a leak in the cooling pipes. However, since the warranty expired in 2023, they said it is no longer covered and requested ₺28,000 for a replacement with a new product. These procedures were carried out by the authorized Arçelik service in the GOP district of Çankaya, Ankara. I also contacted Arçelik customer service, and the service was sent again, but the result did not change. This is the first time I have encountered such an issue, and I have never had any problems with the refrigerator before. Although the warranty period has expired, I did not expect such a serious malfunction to occur in such a short time. I request a free repair or a free replacement.
