Franke FDW 614 D6P Dishwasher Keeps Failing - Customer Service Ignored




On 25.08.2025, I purchased a fully integrated Franke FDW 614 D6P DOS E dishwasher (model: C813438) paying ₺24,000. From day one, I have encountered relentless and unacceptable issues with this machine. Firstly, the door developed rust, and the basket began to melt. Despite calling the service and being told the door was replaced, the problems persisted. The new door was flawed, with dents and a detergent compartment that failed to open. My complaints were met with neglect by the service team. After submitting a complaint via Xolvie, there was finally some response, but I had to endure nearly a month’s wait for the replacement door. When it finally arrived and the technician attempted installation, I was present throughout the process. Upon opening the door, we discovered that the cables were severed. The technician stated that they could not proceed without replacing the cables and left. Three days later, they returned to replace the cables and install the door. Yet now, the machine is completely unusable. Each wash cycle trips the electrical breaker, rendering the machine inoperative. For about a week, we have been unable to use it and have been forced to wash dishes by hand. Throughout this ordeal, Franke customer service has been utterly unresponsive—no calls, no updates, no information. Instead of a proper resolution, I have been subjected to endless delays and empty promises. My request for a product replacement has been consistently ignored, and I am profoundly disappointed with both the product and the brand. The machine is under warranty, and it is completely unacceptable to face such repeated failures in such a short period. No additional fees or service charges have been incurred to date. I demand an immediate replacement of the product or a full refund. I am exhausted by the constant repairs and demand that my grievance be resolved without further delay.
