Franke Oven And Dishwasher Repeated Failures - High Repair Costs
I purchased a Franke oven with models GF62MXS / GF66MNTXS and a Franke dishwasher with model FDWS614DA++XS117.0250.045, and I have experienced serious malfunctions with both products. Previously, my oven had already malfunctioned once, and today both my oven and dishwasher failed again, which has completely shaken my trust in the brand. During today’s service visit, I was told that the dishwasher has a motor failure and that the repair cost could be around ₺7,000–8,000, which is roughly half the price of a new dishwasher available in the market. For the oven, I was informed that the timer is defective. Instead of properly repairing it, the timer was simply cancelled so that the oven could be used in this incomplete state, and a service fee of ₺1,200 was requested for this operation. I did not accept this payment and I am absolutely not satisfied with such an incomplete and makeshift solution. My product warranties have expired, but I still find it unacceptable that both products have such serious failures and that the repair costs are this high, and that the oven is left in a state where one of its core functions is disabled. I feel very disappointed and let down by Franke in this process. I request that my oven and dishwasher issues be handled in a fair and customer-oriented way, that the oven be properly repaired or replaced without disabling its features, and that a reasonable and satisfactory solution or product replacement be offered for the dishwasher instead of a repair cost close to the price of a new device. I kindly request your support so that this grievance can be resolved as soon as possible.
