I purchased a Franke FDW 612 model dishwasher. About three weeks after installation, I realized that I could not use the machine because the water inlet component at the end of the hose was defective. I have now been unable to use the dishwasher for approximately 40 days.
An authorized service technician visited my home, but I was told that the required part still has not been supplied and that they are waiting for the replacement part. Choosing this product because it is considered a global brand, being unable to use the dishwasher for weeks due to such a simple part—and still not being given a clear solution—has caused me serious inconvenience.
I request that the defective part of my dishwasher be supplied and replaced as soon as possible, and I want to finally be able to use my dishwasher properly and without issues.
