Ford Puma Brand New Car Sale Deception




After purchasing a brand new Ford Puma from Adana Gizerler Ford Dealer, I discovered that the motor hood latch was missing and the plastic part connecting the left fender to the motor hood was dislodged. Upon suspicion, I obtained an Exper report, which confirmed that the motor hood and left fender were repainted, replaced, and tampered with, along with loose screws on the rear two doors. When I reported this to Adana Gizerler Oto Araçlar Pazarlama, they claimed it was normal. When I requested the factory exit micron values of the vehicle compared to their measurements while it was on the truck, they refused to provide them and showed no interest. This has led to the sale of a defective product, giving my car a second-hand feeling.

Murat please feel free to mention my very similar case to your solicitor. I was told by a motor professional that the damage is caused by an accident on the transporter during delivery of the vehicle and the cost of the damage is passed on to the customer by not telling them that the vehicle is damaged thus is fraudulently sold as factory standard. Also on this site there is another person, H*** in Ankara who has also got hood damage it would be worth your while to contacting him too as it makes your case even stronger. He was also dismissively treated by Ford.
