I purchased Finish Quantum tablets six months ago, but when I started using them, I noticed that they don’t dissolve properly in the dishwasher. As a result, my dishes come out dirty every time. I contacted the manufacturer, and they informed me that the product must be consumed within two years. However, I didn’t see any such warning on the packaging.
When I asked for a solution, they suggested returning the product to the market where I purchased it. Unfortunately, I no longer have the receipt, leaving me stuck with two unusable 100-tablet packs.
This is extremely disappointing for such a reputable brand. I expect Finish to address this issue and offer a resolution immediately.
