I’ve been using Finish Quantum tablets in my Arçelik 6343 dishwasher for about a month. I purchased the tablets from Migros during August and September. There is no issue with the expiration dates, and the packaging was intact.
However, in every wash cycle — especially on glasses and other dishes — I experience detergent residue, bad odors, and yellowing. I tried different wash programs and even different detergent brands, but I only encounter these issues when using Finish Quantum tablets. Because of this, I have to rewash the dishes, which causes additional water and electricity usage.
I am not expecting any compensation; I simply want to inform both the manufacturer and other consumers about the problem I’m experiencing.
