About a month ago, I purchased the Finish Quantum 80-pack dishwasher tablets. I am experiencing a serious issue with the product. The tablets do not fully dissolve in my dishwasher on any program — whether short or long cycles, my dishes come out heavily dirty and stained. The tablets remain almost completely intact in the machine, and since the dishes don’t get cleaned, I am forced to rewash them multiple times and even rinse them by hand. I tried different programs, but nothing changed.
This problem has been happening since the day I bought the product, and the entire package has the same issue. I paid $8 for the product. I no longer have the receipt or invoice. I request that my issue be resolved, that I receive a response, and that I be refunded for the product.
