I am experiencing a serious issue with the Finish Powerball Quantum dishwasher tablets I purchased from Migros. In both my old dishwasher (Bosch) and my new Bosch SMS26DI00T model, the tablets do not fully dissolve — even when using different programs, and sometimes even when running the same program repeatedly. Because of this, I spent a long time thinking the tablet compartment of my old machine was broken and ended up buying a new dishwasher unnecessarily. However, the same problem continues in the new machine as well.
The tablets I am using have the code n 26 08 25 bs12 11:55, and I also use Finish rinse aid alongside them. This problem has been ongoing for several months and has caused me significant inconvenience. I haven’t contacted customer service until now because I assumed the issue was with my machine.
I am requesting a full refund for the product so that this issue can be resolved. I kindly ask that the necessary action be taken.
