I noticed by reviewing my credit card statement from Garanti Bank that Finda.net charged my credit card multiple times without my authorization, even though I have never used their service. In the statement I checked on February 15, 2026, I saw that $1 on February 15, $14 on February 16, two charges of $1 each on February 19, and $40 on February 20 were all charged to my card under Finda.net, totaling a significant amount taken without my permission.
I have never created an account, subscription, or agreement with Finda.net, and I did not approve any payment or consent screen. I have never used this service, and I absolutely do not accept these repeated and high-value charges made to my credit card.
I request that Finda.net immediately refund all amounts charged to my card on the dates listed above, and that any account, membership, or subscription opened in my name—if one exists—be canceled immediately. I also ask that this matter be fully investigated, that no further charges be made to my card, and that my financial loss be resolved as soon as possible.
