Finda.net Continued Charging After Membership Cancellation
Even though I did not purchase any service from Finda.net, I noticed that two separate charges were made to my debit card without my authorization. On December 24 at 4:22 PM, $1was charged, and on December 25 at 5:22 PM, $41 was charged, bringing the total unauthorized amount to $41. I discovered these charges on December 26 while reviewing my account transactions, and I did not knowingly make any purchase or service request through Finda.net.
After noticing this issue, I first contacted my bank. Following their review, I was informed that I needed to contact Finda.net directly and resolve the matter with the company. Due to security concerns, I canceled my Finda.net membership; however, my card still appears to be actively charged.
I am requesting that these two unauthorized transactions be urgently investigated and that the full amount of $41 be refunded in full to my card. I kindly ask that this matter be handled promptly and that I be informed in writing of the outcome.
