Finda Net Needs to Refund Unauthorized Subscription Charge

On February 17, 2026, I only used the trial package on Finda Net, yet $40 was charged from my Enpara debit card at 1:29 p.m. without my permission or approval. I did not approve any subscription and I had no intention of switching to a paid membership, so I do not accept this charge being taken from my account.
After noticing the transaction, I contacted my bank, had my card canceled for security reasons, and filed a dispute for the payment. I also have the transaction receipt related to this charge.
I request that any subscription or membership that may have been started on Finda Net without my consent be canceled immediately, and that the $40 charged to my card be refunded in full.
