Finda.net Billing Dispute Over Unauthorized Transaction

Even though I have no membership, subscription, or purchase history with the website Finda.net, an unauthorized charge of $42 was made from my Yapı Kredi Bank account on November 26, 2025.
I have the transaction receipt and bank statement, and the bank has also officially recorded in its system that this charge does not belong to me.
After this transaction, I had my card canceled and took all necessary precautions to prevent it from happening again. Despite this, I have received no explanation as to how such a charge could be made using my name, and I do not have any account or membership created on Finda.net.
I am demanding that Finda.net immediately refund the unauthorized amount of $42 to my bank account and that any membership or subscription that may have been created using my name be canceled without delay. I also request a clear, written explanation of how this unauthorized transaction occurred.
