Deichmann Refused to Refund My FİLA Sneakers After Inner Fabric Tore in 25 Days

I purchased a pair of FİLA brand sneakers from the Deichmann store at Ankara Gordion on September 12th, 2024. Within just 25 days, the inner upper fabric of the sneakers tore off. Despite contacting Deichmann about this defect, I received no positive response. The product was inspected multiple times, and each time my request was rejected with a simple "Negative" reply and no proper explanation. It is unreasonable for the inner fabric of a shoe to tear even with daily wear. I expect to be compensated for the poor quality of this product and request a full refund. If this issue is not resolved, I will proceed with filing a complaint in the consumer court to exercise my rights.
