Ankara Fiat Service's Long Wait Times and Subpar Work
I went to Ankara Fiat Kartas to get my car's annual maintenance and requested routine oil filter checks, along with a change in the robotized transmission oil. Normally, other service centers complete this job in a maximum of 2-3 hours, but despite repeatedly asking about my car's status and expressing my discomfort, they struggled to finish it in 6 hours. I entered at 8:30 AM and could only leave by 2:30 PM. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was told, "We work with half the staff on Saturdays." This response was a disappointing excuse rather than an apology. In this time where every minute matters, routine maintenance taking 6 hours reflects the poor quality of service. I don't plan on receiving service from the same dealership again. Fiat's brand value is being undermined in this manner.
