Peugeot Service Center Dissatisfaction

About a month ago, I had a minor accident. Mersin Peugeot Öğütler Otomotiv scheduled an appointment for two weeks later. I brought the car in, and within a week, they claimed it was ready. While the motor hood had been painted, there were 2-to 3 paint flaws. I refused to accept it in that condition and requested a repaint. Additionally, the windshield wiper motor needed attention. After another week of waiting, they called me in, claiming the car was ready. Upon arrival, I found the windshield wipers dismantled and in disarray. Nobody greeted me upon entering the service, and I had to locate my car and inspect the repairs myself. This is unprecedented in any service center. The personnel responsible for reinstalling the wipers were nowhere to be found. The damage consultant requested an unrelated mechanic from the street to install them. Upon entering the car, I found the protective cover on the seat torn and discarded. The mechanics, covered in oil and rust, sat directly on the seats. The car's computer was connected, and the cigarette lighter was removed but never reassembled, leaving parts scattered inside the car. The hood was misaligned and noticeably shifted to the right. When I attempted to lock the car using the remote, I found it non-responsive. The doors wouldn't open or close, and none of the electrical components worked. Despite requesting a cover for the windshield wiper fluid tube, it was completely overlooked. They claimed the car was ready twice for what should have been a 3-5 day job. I've made 4 trips back and forth and have been waiting for 2 weeks. It's New Year's, and I urgently need my car. Yet, due to the staff's irresponsibility, I still haven't received it. Mersin Peugeot Öğütler Otomotiv offers zero service and zero accountability. Previously, at another Peugeot dealership, the paint job I had done peeled within 1-2 years due to a lack of primer. When I reported it to Peugeot headquarters and requested a repaint, they refused, citing my failure to bring the car in for regular maintenance at a Peugeot dealership each year. Now that I've brought it in, I've realized just how unprofessional they are. Thank you for this terrible experience, Mersin Peugeot Öğütler Otomotiv.
