Hyundai Service Returned My i30 With Incomplete Bumper Repair After Weeks

I took my Hyundai i30 to the Ankara Altınsoy Hyundai authorized service on 11.08.2025 due to a minor accident with material damage, and I regret not choosing another service. The front bumper had several cracks and breaks, which were supposed to be repaired or replaced under insurance, along with the replacement of the lower plastic sump guard. After 21 days, when I went to pick up my car, they told me the work was finished and the car was being washed. However, I noticed that only half of one crack on the bumper had been repaired while the other half was still there. The staff explained that the repair was done by a contracted company, but the work was incomplete and unnoticed by those who painted, polished, and reassembled the bumper. I also saw a small bump the size of a chickpea on the bottom part of the bumper, and the plastic around the logo had been damaged with a screwdriver while removing the old one. The sump guard still hadn’t arrived after three weeks, which was another issue. I reported everything to the staff and later spoke with the head of the damage unit, Mr. F**, who admitted being aware of the situation and told me to bring the car back for 2–3 days at my convenience, promising that all the work would be properly completed and an additional polish would be done. Since the car had already stayed in service for three weeks, I reluctantly agreed and returned it on 02.09.2025 at 16:00. When I went back on 06.09.2025 around noon to collect it, the car was again being washed, but I saw that the right side of the bumper, where it connects with screws to the fender liner, was sticking out. It was unbelievable that a car declared finished and ready for delivery could be left in that state. When I pointed it out, a worker tried to fix it with a screwdriver, but the screw socket was broken, and it came loose again when I touched it. The delivery staff also witnessed this problem.
