I've used the Ankara Baykoçlar Nissan service center multiple times, experiencing the same problem on three separate occasions. Now, I've decided to stop going there altogether. One particular service employee, a tall, thin individual (name withheld), has managed to completely turn my family and me off from Nissan.

The service quality is appalling - it takes them three and a half hours to change the oil in a car. Despite having an appointment, no one adheres to the scheduled times. When their personal acquaintances arrive, they're immediately given priority. My car is returned unwashed, even though the car wash service is empty and staff are standing around idle.

I'm left waiting in the heat while everyone else seems to be doing nothing. The mechanics are unaware of the extra services I've requested. I want the security cameras to be reviewed because in three hours, they didn't even look at the edge of the bumper. They claim they don't have time, but then why do we make service appointments or bring our cars to the service center at all?

This situation needs to be addressed urgently. From now on, I'll do everything in my power to prevent others from experiencing this poor service. I should mention that this isn't my first Nissan - I've been a Nissan user since 2011, but I've never encountered such an indifferent attitude from a service center before.
