Yamaha Poor Service and Lack of Support for Rodaj Maintenance
I chose not to buy a Chinese product, aiming for a quality motorcycle, but when I called for rodaj maintenance, I was met with indifference and dissatisfaction. It felt like I was the one managing the process. When I called 4-5 days in advance to schedule a Monday appointment, they told me that Monday appointments are set on Saturdays.
I also tried to pay in advance for a backrest set, but they said it was enough to reserve it, and we ended the call. When I called on Saturday, they said the backrest set was sold out and they might have a shipment on Monday. They also mentioned that if the truck was too loaded, they would spread the appointments throughout the week, further discouraging me.
They were aware that I would be coming from Bartın, but I had to cancel the appointment. I felt like I was treated as if I bought a third-class product. My motorcycle, having completed the rodaj kilometers, is now just sitting in my garage, and I can't ride it until I find a reliable service. Service quality is zero. Attention and care are zero. Thank you for this disappointing experience.
