FedEx's Unexplained Customs Delay, Customer Service Nightmare
I've been experiencing a frustrating issue with FedEx when it comes to receiving my international shipments. They inexplicably hold my packages at customs without providing any reason for the delay. To make matters worse, when I reached out to the so-called authorized personnel, Mr. P**, via email, I received no response. And when I tried calling their customer service, they never answer the phone. It's incredibly frustrating to see that while I have no problems with other courier companies for my international deliveries, Fedex's incompetence consistently leaves me feeling like a victim of poor service. In this day and age, I expect better communication and transparency from a renowned courier service like FedEx. The lack of explanation and unresponsiveness are unacceptable, leaving me stranded with no clarity on my package status. Fedex needs to address this problem ASAP.
