FedEx Holding My Package Despite Paid Taxes—No Support Available

FedEx is refusing to release my international package even though I’ve already paid the required taxes. They claim the payment wasn’t received, but I have proof that it was. When I try to contact customer service, the automated system tells me to press "0" to speak with a representative, but after doing so, it just disconnects me, saying I made an invalid selection. This is beyond frustrating! A company as big as FedEx should not operate worse than the most unreliable courier services. Why is my package being held for no reason? I demand immediate action—either deliver my package or provide real customer support to resolve this issue. FedEx, fix this now!
