Fedex Has Not Responded to the Item In Customs For 1 Month

We can't communicate with the huge Fedex, my products are waiting for customs processing, no one responds! My product that came from China with Fedex was put on hold for customs processing on August 27, we talked to Ms. E***, she directed me to a customs officer, the people we talked to said that they couldn't do our transaction (they said that they needed a TSE check, we couldn't do it) I sent 3 more e-mails to Ms. E*** but I couldn't reach her until September 9, I sent another e-mail to the Fedex general e-mail address explaining the situation, Ms. E*** responded again on September 12, I got angry and told her that I wanted to complain and she should give me the e-mail address of her authorized person, I informed the e-mail she gave me and asked for support, I still didn't get a response.
