Disappointing Experience with FedEx – Poor Communication and Support

As a company that has been working with DHL for years, we decided to open an account with FedEx and try them as an alternative for a shipment. Unfortunately, the experience has been a complete disappointment. No representative gives a proper response, and it seems like no one understands or answers the emails. This probably explains why FedEx isn’t the preferred choice for many.
We have sent multiple emails requesting support, and each time, the same questions are repeatedly asked, even though the answers are clearly outlined in the previous correspondence. Yet, there has been no resolution.
Looks like we'll be sticking with DHL. It's a shame, FedEx. We expected better from a company of your stature.
