DHL Express International Shipment Delayed for 35 Days, Facing Major Losses
We’ve been working with DHL Express for over 10 years at a corporate level, but this time their carelessness and lack of responsibility have caused us significant issues. A shipment we sent abroad 35 days ago still hasn’t been received by our international client. This delay is unacceptable, and as a result, both our client and we are facing financial and emotional damages. DHL’s failure to resolve this matter has caused us serious frustration, and the situation remains unresolved. We expect DHL Express to take immediate action and provide a solution to this ongoing problem. This level of service is deeply disappointing for a long-term customer like us.
