We have never been able to reconcile our account with you under the account number 000806***. Our accounting department has repeatedly sent emails to [email protected] , yet we have received no response. Since the beginning of September, I have also been sending daily emails without any resolution. Despite the fact that no reconciliation has been completed, we still made a transfer just to ensure that our account would be reopened. However, we still have not received any solution from your side. We contacted our customer representative and also called your support team, but the result has been zero. It is truly surprising and disappointing that a global company like FedEx has been unable to resolve such a simple issue for months, causing significant inconvenience for us. We urgently request a clear solution to this matter.
