FedEx Fails to Pick Up Packages Despite Repeated Requests

I am experiencing a serious issue with FedEx regarding shipment pickup. Despite repeatedly requesting a pickup, FedEx has failed to collect the package multiple times. In addition, our payments are not being processed, preventing us from completing reconciliations and disrupting our business operations.

When contacting customer service, we are repeatedly told to “send an email,” but no solution is ever provided, even after following their instructions several times. We have faced similar issues before, and this has now become a recurring problem that affects our workflow and financial tracking.

We request that our pending payments be processed immediately and that the shipment pickup be completed without further delay so we can finalize our reconciliations.
