Fastformation.co Ghosts Client Over Unfinished Tax Return and Business Closure

About a year ago, I purchased services from Fastformation.co for my company. Since then, I have suffered significant frustration due to severe delays and a complete lack of communication regarding both my tax return and company dissolution. I paid $350 for these services, but I haven't gotten what I paid for and cannot even find out the current status of my request.

The company provides a phone number and a WhatsApp line, but nobody answers my calls or responds to my messages. Because of this, I don't even know if they filed my 2025 tax return, and I have no one to ask.

First, I want clear confirmation on whether they actually filed my 2025 tax return, along with official proof if they did. I also demand a point of contact I can actually reach to answer my questions, and I expect them to complete my company dissolution immediately before any penalties occur.

I demand an immediate resolution to this uncertainty and poor communication, along with the full delivery of the services I paid for.
