Fastformation Failed to Deliver Promised U.S. or U.K. Company Setup After Taking Payment
In May 2024, I contacted Fastformation via WhatsApp to purchase their “suspension support” service and paid £400 (about $505). For the first week, they provided some assistance, but afterward, they stopped answering my calls and messages completely. About six months later, I managed to reach them once, but the response I received was unprofessional and unpleasant. So far, I have received only one reply in three months, and there has been no consistent support whatsoever.
When I purchased the service, I was promised that if the Suspend Hall issue could not be resolved, they would open a new company either in the U.S. or the U.K.. All of my communications were with Mr. E* and Ms. S*. Despite sending numerous emails and calling both by phone and WhatsApp, I was mostly ignored.
Because the promised service was never delivered and communication has been nearly nonexistent, I am formally requesting a full refund of the £400 I paid.
