Fastformation Co Failed to Deliver My Tax Filing Service and Refused a Refund

I experienced serious issues with the service I purchased from Fastformation Co. The tax filing service I paid for was not completed within the promised timeframe, and when the documents finally arrived, they were full of errors and inaccuracies. The company sent the paperwork late and the information was completely wrong.

When I reached out for support, I received illogical and unhelpful responses. Even after speaking directly with the company’s owner, E* A.**, over the phone, none of the problems were resolved. It seems clear that they are deliberately stalling to buy time instead of actually fixing their mistakes.

Throughout this entire process, I’ve wasted both my time and my money. Their website clearly states that a refund will be issued if the service isn’t completed within the stated period, yet I never received one.

I will be taking legal action against the company and presenting all the evidence I have to support my case.
