Fastformation.co Took My Payment but Didn’t File My Tax Return or Complete Company Transfer

I paid £225 to Fastformation.co for my UK company’s annual tax return and other legal filings. Initially, they were very responsive—until they received my payment. After that, they sent me a simple link to enter my company’s income and expenses and claimed my return would be filed next year. However, it’s now 2025, and my 2023 tax return has still not been submitted.

The service also included a company transfer, which I requested in October 2024. They assured me that I only needed to provide the names of the transferring and receiving parties, but nothing was processed. I had to hire another firm to handle my tax return, and my company was left without a director for months due to their failure to complete the transfer. They didn’t even respond when I asked about it.
