I received notifications on 03.08 and 20.12 stating that €135 was charged to my card by Farfetch (style.com), even though I didn’t make any purchases. I’ve never experienced something like this before and was shocked to see it. I’ve since canceled my card and requested a new one. I have no idea how this could have happened and demand an immediate refund for the unauthorized charges. Please investigate this matter and resolve it as soon as possible.
